Ribbon Designer makes beautiful custom printed satin ribbon for every sparkly moment, and makes it simple. You design your ribbon on screen, exactly as it will print: your words, your font, your colors. We take it from there, from proof to printed roll to your door.

Every order starts with a printer's proof for your approval, so the ribbon you receive is the ribbon you designed.

The questions we hear most, answered straight.

How long does my ribbon take?

Standard production is about 10 business days, plus transit time. In a hurry? Rush production gets your ribbon printed in 7 days or less for +$50.

What kind of ribbon is it?

Woven-edge satin with luster on both sides, printed to order on 100-yard rolls. It comes in three widths: 5/8″, 7/8″ and 1½″.

How much does a roll cost?

One roll is $61 for 5/8″, $67 for 7/8″ and $132 for 1½″. Order 2 or more rolls of the same design and each roll drops to $52, $59 or $119. A one-time $40 plate covers your design.

What is the $40 plate?

The plate is the printing plate made for your design, a one-time charge per design, not per roll. Reorder the exact same design later and the plate is waived.

Do I approve a proof before printing?

Yes, always. After ordering you'll receive a printer's proof of your final design.

How many print colors can I use?

One imprint color per order. Choose from flat colors and metallic foils: the metallics carry a real foil sheen on the finished ribbon.

How does my wording repeat on the roll?

Your words print as one imprint, repeated along the full 100-yard roll with a small gap between prints: 1″ on the 5/8″ ribbon, 1½″ on the wider widths. Each imprint can be up to 11″ wide.

How does shipping work?

Finished rolls ship directly to you by ground and expedited carriers (no USPS), once production is complete and you've approved your proof.
